There was a particular moment in episode five that really struck me. The scene features a coach preparing sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson just before she heads out for the final. Imagine this: she’s just barely qualified for the final, and the pressure is at an all-time high. As she’s about to step onto the track to run the final, and her coach calls her over. They embrace, and he whispers in her ear, “I’ve got one question to ask you, and I don’t want you to answer it now. I want you to answer it on the track.” He then leans in and asks, “Who’s the fastest?”

With a nod, Sha’Carri walks toward the arena, primed and ready. And here’s the powerful part—she goes out and wins. This story perfectly illustrates how important it is to fuel your mindset before facing any big challenge.
