The Brief

Britvic were hosting the annual conference for the Commercial Team at the Celtic Manor Hotel. They were looking for a dynamic speaker who could provide motivation and inspiration to the teams after COVID on wellbeing and how to maintain energy, mood and motivation whilst delivering on their sales targets. Having previously invited big names such as athlete Dame Kelly Holmes and astronaut Tim Peake, they needed another sensational speaker who could make a big impact

The Solution

Leanne worked closely with Sophie Hemmingway (HR Director) to ensure the messaging was exactly when Britvic wanted, and that Leanne used very specific examples of current challenges within the business to make the keynote relevant and to capture people’s attention. We also sent out an online diagnostic tool prior to the event to provide additional value. On the day, Leanne delivered the Cadence Approach keynote to the 450 salespeople and support staff at the conference and received excellent feedback from the delegates afterwards.

Results

Words like ‘real’, ‘authentic’ and ‘amazing’ were included in the immediate feedback and Britvic were delighted with the response from the audience. 35% went on to take our online health assessment and everyone had takeaways they went on to implement in their professional and personal lives.
