The Brief
iTech were looking to increase their investment in the wellbeing of their teams to boost growth and employee engagement and retention. Specifically, they wanted to introduce new ideas to their teams on how to maintain great energy, mood and motivation, via keynotes, masterclasses and innovative, bespoke content. They asked a few senior people in their network for referrals and each came up with the same name – Leanne Spencer.
The Solution
Leanne spent a lot of time with the client team and with the wider teams to understand what was needed, and to absorb the culture of iTech, from the style of language used across the company to the cultural nuances of the teams, who represented over 15 countries of origin. Leanne introduced the ideas and stories of the Cadence Approach, through talks, masterclasses and bespoke content, all delivered in a highly engaging way that had real lasting impact.
Results
iTech were delighted with the results, the primary one being their incredible growth (they doubled their headcount and massively grew revenues). Employee engagement increased, their energy score increased by +26% from 3.4 to 4.3 out of 5, and they improved their culture by positioning cadence as the key to high performance.
