The Brief
The theme was “Find Your Balance: Excel in Your Performance” which emphasises the importance of achieving a harmonious equilibrium between various aspects of life, particularly focusing on wellbeing and work-life balance. Iptor wanted an energetic and popular speaker who could position work/life balance, and specifically wellbeing, as an integral part of a high-performance culture.
The Solution
Leanne had several briefing calls to ensure the content, tone and delivery style would resonate with everyone – delegates were from diverse countries such as Australia, Switzerland, Sweden and other countries including the UK. Leanne delivered her Cadence Approach keynote with bespoke examples to make it hyper-relevant to the audience. Leanne combined this with 1-1 time with delegates afterwards and even joined them for their offsite dinner that evening.
