I’m delighted to share some exciting news: Sustain has been named a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2026, in the Short Business Book category. The shortlist was revealed at a live celebration event held at Pearson’s head offices on the Strand in London on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
The event brought together authors, publishers and leading business figures for the official shortlist reveal, marking a major moment in this year’s awards calendar. It’s a real honour to see Sustain included among so many brilliant titles and recognised in a field that continues to grow in quality, depth and international reach.

This year was the biggest yet for the awards, with a record-breaking 340 books entered, a 25% increase on 2025, and 130 books shortlisted across 14 categories. That makes being named a finalist feel especially meaningful. The Business Book Awards have become an important marker of excellence in the world of thought leadership, celebrating books that inform, inspire and help drive business success.

I’m especially proud that Sustain has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Short Business Book category. The book was written to offer practical, accessible ideas around sustaining performance, energy and wellbeing in a world that too often asks us to operate at full capacity for too long. To have that message recognised in this way is incredibly encouraging.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Rethink Press for their support, belief and partnership in bringing the book to life. I’m hugely grateful for the role they’ve played in helping this message reach a wider audience.
And of course, thank you to everyone who has supported Sustain so far, whether you’ve bought the book, read it, shared it, recommended it, or told someone else about it. Every message, conversation and recommendation has helped the book travel further, and I’m so grateful.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at The Drum Wembley. Whatever happens next, I’m incredibly proud that Sustain has been named a finalist and included in this year’s shortlist.
