The IHG Resources Hub
Sustaining ERG Impact
Welcome to your Sustaining ERG Impact Resources Hub
The IHG Resources Hub is full of practical tools, scorecards, infographics and ideas to help your organisation turn insight into action.
Welcome to your Sustaining ERG Impact keynote follow‑up, and a huge thank you for your participation and engagement on the day.
The session was designed to do more than inspire in the moment. It was built to help you, as ERG leads, perform well sustainably by protecting energy and creating the conditions for resilience and recovery.
Below you’ll find a curated set of resources, blogs, scorecards, infographics and more that bring the key ideas to life and make them easier to embed day‑to‑day. They’re practical, simple to share across your ERGs and with sponsors, and designed to support the conversations that matter after the event itself.
I encourage you to explore the resources below, with a view to maximising your impact and sustaining good energy, mood and motivation. Everything is downstream of energy, mood and motivation. Here are my top three tips to do so:
- Consider where you can prioritise fewer, higher‑priority activities, so your effort has maximum impact.
- Set clear boundaries around your own wellbeing, so you can sustain yourself as you support others.
- Ensure that recovery is treated as equally important as effort, so you can keep showing up at your best over the long term.
Use these materials in whatever way best fits IHG’s culture and your ERG’s needs: a team discussion, a sponsor conversation, a monthly reset, or as part of your wider wellbeing, inclusion or performance activities. The goal is not to add more to already busy diaries. It’s to help you sustain impact through small, realistic actions that compound over time, to drive lasting change for you, your ERG and your colleagues.
